Retail shelves of packaged film rolls carrying a blank YOUR LOGO label, set against patterned wall displays
Private Label / OEM

You have the brand and the shelf. We make the product.

Private label decorative and functional film manufacturer since 2004 — your brand and packaging, made to spec: printing, converting, compliance docs.

Send us a spec

FancyFix is a private-label and OEM decorative and functional film manufacturer: partners bring the brand and the spec, and FancyFix produces it under their name — substrate and adhesive selection, printing, cut-to-size converting, branded packaging and country-of-origin labeling, compliance documentation, and container loading. It has run this build-to-brand model since 2004.

What a private-label decorative and functional film manufacturer actually handles

Most of what we ship leaves here with somebody else's name on it. That's the business we've been in since 2004, and we're comfortable being the part of it nobody sees — the supplier you can put behind your brand without building a factory, a design team, or a story you have to defend upstairs.

The process

From spec to reorder cadence

  • Spec and target marketTell us the product, the market, and the price band you need to land in.
  • Feasibility and quoteWe come back with what's makeable, what isn't, and why.
  • First sampleA first sample built to your spec, for your own sign-off.
  • RevisionsColor, texture, adhesion, and packaging each get their own pass, until it's right.
  • Pilot runA short run you can put in front of your own QA before we commit a container.
  • Production and reorder cadenceWe agree the restock rhythm up front, so your shelf doesn't go empty waiting on us — and a reorder matches the first run batch to batch.

How we quote

We won't quote before we know the spec.

A number without a spec behind it isn't a quote, it's bait — and you'll pay for the difference later in substrate, in adhesive, or in returns. Send us the spec and we'll send you a real number.

FAQ

Private label & OEM — questions buyers ask before an RFQ.

FancyFix is the manufacturer, not a trading company. Own factory + own raw-material sourcing; FancyFix brand since 2004. Substrate and adhesive selection, printing, converting and cut-to-size, carton print layout, barcodes and country-of-origin labeling, compliance documentation and container loading all happen on one line here, with loading photos sent when we pack it. A spec change — a different substrate for your climate, a different roll width, a different pack format — is therefore a production decision here rather than a request passed up a chain.

Yes — packaging, hang tags, and inserts are produced to your brand; no FancyFix marks. FancyFix also prints the carton layout, applies your barcodes and the country-of-origin labeling your target market requires, and prepares the compliance documentation and test reports in your name. Most of what leaves this plant ships under a name that is not ours, and that has been the model since 2004 — being the supplier nobody has to see is the business, not a favour.

MOQ depends on the product line. Stock items and printed runs start flexibly; eco-grade material and project-scale custom carry higher minimums. Send your spec for an exact figure. FancyFix will not put a minimum on a public page before knowing the spec: substrate, adhesive, print method and pack format all move it, and a number without a spec behind it is bait you pay for later in returns. Tell us the product, the market and the price band you need to land in.

Yes — FancyFix runs ODM as its own lane: the in-house studio originates a design from your brief — a season, a mood board, a reference — instead of printing a file you supply. The route runs brief, directions, first pattern set, revisions on real film, substrate and color trial, then production; the pattern drawn for you is exclusive to you, in writing, before production.
