Availability, validity, scope and applicability vary by product and by market, so FancyFix confirms the exact set for your project rather than publishing a fixed list. Documents come to you one-to-one after we connect — there is no public download.
Product and market documents, product-level: REACH and SVHC (247 substances), RoHS, CE, GPSR, 6P phthalates, MSDS, and FCC / EMC. Which set applies is decided by the market you sell into.
Factory system audits, factory-level: FSC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BSCI, Sedex SMETA, FAMA, and buyer factory evaluations. Factory audits run as a separate track from product test reports, so an audit finding and a product certificate never get folded into one document.
Performance testing, product-level: VOC and formaldehyde, colorfastness, lightfastness, peel strength, washability, heat resistance, dry heat resistance, light transmittance, UV transmittance, humidity testing, and light aging. Results come back as measured values against the test method.
Original film — designed, made, and shipped from one roof.
FancyFix has sold under its own brand since 2004, headquartered in Hangzhou, China. The factory prints, coats, slits and packs decorative and functional film on PVC and PET base film: 2 million meters a month, more than 600 SKUs, across window film, wall coverings, floor and furniture film, and craft vinyl. Local stock sits in CA, PA, IL and GA in the US, plus Germany, the UK and Australia, and FancyFix sells across the US, Europe and Japan.

The three-pass check exists precisely so that doesn't happen: we inspect incoming material, in-process, and finished goods against the sample you approved before anything ships. And if you want to verify it independently, third-party audits are welcome and you can bring your own inspector onto the line. Third-party audits and factory-level social-compliance checks run as a separate track from product-level test reports, so an audit finding and a product certificate never get folded into one document.
Spec PET when you need optical clarity, dimensional stability, higher temperature resistance, and a more recyclable film — it suits premium optical, solar, and long-term outdoor lines. Spec PVC when you want lower cost, easy printing and embossing, and a softer film that conforms to curved glass — it suits price, texture, and formability. In short: clarity and durability go PET; price and printability go PVC. On FancyFix stock film, PET carries the adhesive builds (solar control, safety 0.12 mm, photochromic) while PVC carries every static cling build, 0.18–0.50 mm with the liner on. Custom specs are produced to order.
Sampling runs 3–5 days for a stock sample, 7–15 days for custom sizes and packaging, 25–35 days when a new pattern is cut, and 10–20 days for special materials. Production runs 30–35 days for standard window film, 35–45 days for custom printing, and 40–60 days for large-batch projects. You get the real windows, not "depends on complexity."

Product-level test reports and factory-level audits are handled as two separate tracks, and the specific documents come to you one-to-one after we connect, matched to the market you're selling into and the products you're carrying.
