What stands behind your brand.
Market read, US stock, one integrated factory, quality you can sign, and the paperwork your lab asks for — five capabilities behind an original-design film program.

What actually stands behind it
A private-label film line lives or dies on five things — reading demand, holding US stock, making it in one place, proving quality, and clearing your lab qualification. FancyFix owns all five. Here is each one. See the pattern library, and how we partner on OEM and private label.

How we read the market
Because FancyFix runs its own retail and DTC storefronts, it reads what actually sells — and helps partners validate assortment and demand with real signals, not guesses.
Our own storefronts are a live demand lab — not a side business.
Real signals: following, breakout sellers, reviews — the market votes before your shelf does.
We validate our own original designs — not someone else's commodity.
Specifics come in a proposal — not raw numbers on a page.
Reorder without the wait.

Stocked close to your customers
FancyFix fulfills North American orders from US 3PL warehouses — local stock and buffer inventory mean shorter reorders, not another ocean-freight cycle. Local fulfillment also in Germany, the UK and Australia.
US local stock — CA · PA · IL · GA — plus Germany · UK and AU
A reorder is as predictable as the first order.
Flexible inventory + small-batch testing — try before you scale.

Print, convert, private-label — under one roof.
Our own factory · PVC & PET · finishing built to your packaging and warehouse constraints.

Quality you can put your name on.
Checked at three stages and answered in measured values against the test method, not adjectives — so shipped product matches the approved sample.
We answer in values + method — "good coverage" doesn't survive your lab.
A supplier confirmation can cut a test round out of your qualification.
Raw film & inks checked on arrival.
Print & coating monitored on the run.
Batch signed off before packing.
The paperwork your lab will ask for.
Material declarations and test data, prepared to your market — product- and factory-level, one-to-one. No public download.

Manufacturing and compliance — questions buyers ask before an RFQ.
The three-pass check exists precisely so that doesn't happen: we inspect incoming material, in-process, and finished goods against the sample you approved before anything ships. And if you want to verify it independently, third-party audits are welcome and you can bring your own inspector onto the line.
Spec PET when you need optical clarity, dimensional stability, higher temperature resistance, and a more recyclable film — it suits premium optical, solar, and long-term outdoor lines. Spec PVC when you want lower cost, easy printing and embossing, and a softer film that conforms to curved glass — it suits price, texture, and formability. In short: clarity and durability go PET; price and printability go PVC.
Sampling runs 3–5 days for a stock sample, 7–15 days for custom sizes and packaging, 25–35 days when a new pattern is cut, and 10–20 days for special materials. Production runs 30–35 days for standard window film, 35–45 days for custom printing, and 40–60 days for large-batch projects. You get the real windows, not "depends on complexity."
We do. Compliance documentation and test reports are part of the job, prepared for your target market and product line. Product-level test reports and factory-level audits are handled as two separate tracks, and the specific documents come to you one-to-one after we connect, matched to the market you're selling into and the products you're carrying.
