Craft Vinyl
Adhesive vinyl for crafts in a full color range — permanent and removable, for signs, décor, and cut projects.
Craft, adhesive, and heat-transfer vinyl for the craft channel — for maker retail and small-batch custom supply, on an OEM, wholesale, and custom basis.
Request a QuoteCraft vinyl is a maker-channel category — craft, adhesive, and heat-transfer vinyl in sheets and rolls for the craft retail channel and small custom shops. FancyFix designs and manufactures original craft, adhesive, and heat-transfer vinyl in-house, in the colors and finishes a maker range needs. Original film, from our own factory — for the craft-store shelf and the small-shop workbench.
A maker-ready range for craft stores and online handmade marketplaces to stock and sell — craft and adhesive vinyl cut, packed, and finished for a shelf or a listing, in colors that stay consistent roll to roll so a maker's project matches the last one. A line a retailer can merchandise as its own.
For businesses producing their own branded materials, craft vinyl is the working stock behind product branding, custom packaging, signage and space branding, and branded apparel and merch. As craft vinyl suppliers and heat transfer vinyl suppliers, FancyFix runs craft vinyl wholesale and OEM by the roll — wholesale HTV vinyl by the roll or in bulk, consistent color and formats from a single sheet to a bulk roll, so a brand can produce its own materials on demand and restock a color that's working without over-committing. Browse the designs, or see how a private-label program runs.

FancyFix ships vinyl rolls wholesale from seven stocking points rather than one — local stock in CA, PA, IL and GA in the US, plus Germany, the UK and Australia. For adhesive vinyl wholesale and wholesale HTV, local stock is what decides whether a running color reorders in days or waits on an ocean container. Buyers who search vinyl suppliers wholesale UK are usually asking a reorder-speed question rather than a price question, so we keep the running colors near the market and print the new patterns at our own factory.
Wholesale sign vinyl at FancyFix runs on the same adhesive base film as the craft line, in permanent and removable tack, converted to the roll widths a sign shop cuts from. Lead times are stated as day ranges rather than left vague: stock samples ship in 3–5 days, custom sizes and packaging take 7–15 days, cutting a new plate for an original pattern takes 25–35 days, and custom printed production runs 35–45 days. A sign or craft buyer can book a season against those dates, which is possible because we print the film ourselves rather than reselling another mill's brand.

Self-adhesive vinyl for makers and small shops — the everyday material for cutting, layering, and application.

Heat-transfer vinyl (HTV) for fabric, apparel, and merch — printed to your design and available HTV wholesale, by the roll or in bulk.
Yes — as craft vinyl suppliers and heat transfer vinyl suppliers FancyFix ships by the roll or in bulk, on wholesale and OEM terms. Craft vinyl, adhesive vinyl and heat transfer vinyl all run on FancyFix's own base film, printed and converted at our own factory rather than resold from another mill. Running colors ship from seven stocking points — CA, PA, IL and GA in the US, plus Germany, the UK and Australia — so a reorder moves in days instead of waiting on an ocean container, while a new printed pattern runs 35–45 days.
Adhesive vinyl sticks to a hard surface — mugs, signage, packaging, wall decals. Heat transfer vinyl is pressed into fabric with heat and pressure. Adhesive vinyl and heat transfer vinyl are different products with different base films and different failure modes, and most craft buyers stock both because their customers ask for both.
Both. Bulk rolls for converters and retailers who cut their own, or sheets and retail packs converted, packed and barcoded for shelf. The conversion happens in the same run, so you are not paying a second handler to repack it. Cut sizes, sheet counts and pack artwork are specified by you, and barcodes go on in the same run.
Yes — those specialty finishes are part of the range, alongside matte, gloss and metallic. Specialty finishes have their own minimums because the base film runs differently, so tell us the mix you want and we will structure the order around it. Colors hold roll to roll, so a maker's next project matches the last one — which is what keeps a specialty finish reordering rather than sitting on the shelf.
Yes. Printed and cut craft vinyl to your design file is standard work here, including sheet layouts designed for a specific retail pack. The FancyFix design team can also develop a pattern range with you rather than printing only what you send. Cutting a new plate for an original pattern runs 25–35 days and custom printed production runs 35–45 days, so a season can be booked against real dates.
Most first orders are a limited assortment across a few finishes, sized to test sell-through rather than to fill a container. FancyFix would rather structure a realistic first order and reorder than push volume that sits in your warehouse. A stock sample ships in 3–5 days and custom sizes and packaging take 7–15 days, so a first assortment can be in your hands before the season is committed.
FancyFix supplies three kinds of craft-channel buyer, and each is quoted differently. Craft retailers take converted retail packs, barcoded for a shelf. Converters take bulk rolls and cut their own SKUs. Brands run a private-label range with their own pattern development. A retail pack, a bulk roll and an OEM print run carry different conversion and plate costs, so say which one you are in the RFQ and the quote comes back sized to that — we reply within 24 hours.
Yes. Wholesale adhesive vinyl and HTV vinyl rolls wholesale use different base films but run in the same production window and consolidate into one shipment, so a craft buyer stocking both is not paying two freight legs. Specialty finishes are quoted separately — glitter, holographic and glow-in-the-dark carry their own minimums because the base film runs differently.
Both routes exist. FancyFix holds local stock in four US locations — CA, PA, IL and GA — plus Germany, the UK and Australia, and produces new runs at our own factory. A reorder of a color already in the range usually moves from local stock, while a new printed pattern goes through custom printed production at 35–45 days.
