Craft vinyl, adhesive vinyl and heat transfer vinyl all run on FancyFix's own base film, printed and converted at our own factory rather than resold from another mill. Running colors ship from seven stocking points — CA, PA, IL and GA in the US, plus Germany, the UK and Australia — so a reorder moves in days instead of waiting on an ocean container, while a new printed pattern runs 35–45 days.

Adhesive vinyl sticks to a hard surface — mugs, signage, packaging, wall decals. Heat transfer vinyl is pressed into fabric with heat and pressure. Adhesive vinyl and heat transfer vinyl are different products with different base films and different failure modes, and most craft buyers stock both because their customers ask for both.

Both. Bulk rolls for converters and retailers who cut their own, or sheets and retail packs converted, packed and barcoded for shelf. The conversion happens in the same run, so you are not paying a second handler to repack it. Cut sizes, sheet counts and pack artwork are specified by you, and barcodes go on in the same run.

Yes — those specialty finishes are part of the range, alongside matte, gloss and metallic. Specialty finishes have their own minimums because the base film runs differently, so tell us the mix you want and we will structure the order around it. Colors hold roll to roll, so a maker's next project matches the last one — which is what keeps a specialty finish reordering rather than sitting on the shelf.

Yes. Printed and cut craft vinyl to your design file is standard work here, including sheet layouts designed for a specific retail pack. The FancyFix design team can also develop a pattern range with you rather than printing only what you send. Cutting a new plate for an original pattern runs 25–35 days and custom printed production runs 35–45 days, so a season can be booked against real dates.

Most first orders are a limited assortment across a few finishes, sized to test sell-through rather than to fill a container. FancyFix would rather structure a realistic first order and reorder than push volume that sits in your warehouse. A stock sample ships in 3–5 days and custom sizes and packaging take 7–15 days, so a first assortment can be in your hands before the season is committed.

FancyFix supplies three kinds of craft-channel buyer, and each is quoted differently. Craft retailers take converted retail packs, barcoded for a shelf. Converters take bulk rolls and cut their own SKUs. Brands run a private-label range with their own pattern development. A retail pack, a bulk roll and an OEM print run carry different conversion and plate costs, so say which one you are in the RFQ and the quote comes back sized to that — we reply within 24 hours.

Yes. Wholesale adhesive vinyl and HTV vinyl rolls wholesale use different base films but run in the same production window and consolidate into one shipment, so a craft buyer stocking both is not paying two freight legs. Specialty finishes are quoted separately — glitter, holographic and glow-in-the-dark carry their own minimums because the base film runs differently.
